The RoleDocument Handling & VerificationReview and verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracyLiaise with internal teams for missing or unclear informationEnsure proper document indexing and uploading into systemsSystem & Record ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in core systemsSupport data extraction and reporting when requiredCustomer & Stakeholder SupportParticipate outbound calls when necessary Your Profile Diploma or above in Business Administration, Insurance, or related disciplinesMinimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance operations or policy administrationFresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered Technical & Professional SkillsGood knowledge of insurance products and policy administration processesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of ILAS products and regulatory requirements is an advantage Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
