Job Description

An investment manager operating across all major liquid asset classes is currently seeking a Fund Accountant to join our Finance team, with primary responsibility for day-to-day fund accounting of India-related entities. Key Responsibilities: • Manage fund accounting operations for India-based entities, including trading vehicles • Review management accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting • Prepare and review corporate tax returns, GST, and TDS filings • Handle regulatory filings and maintain compliance with local Indian requirements • Process payments and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple legal entities • Support the preparation of financial statements, audits, and other reporting obligations • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and global teams to resolve issues and enhance processes • Contribute to strengthening internal controls, reporting efficiency, and operational improvements • Opportunity to expand scope to additional entities over time
