Quantitative Analyst – Client Analytics & TCA

Job Description

Your role We are seeking a quantitative analyst to provide and support execution consulting, client analytics and transaction cost analysis (TCA) for the APAC Agency Algorithmic Trading platform. The role is analytics led and client facing, with responsibility for explaining execution outcomes and algorithm performance to internal stakeholders and clients. You will: • Produce client facing execution analysis and TCA across APAC equity markets. • Analyse algorithmic execution performance across benchmarks, market conditions, and execution styles. • Translate quantitative results into clear, actionable insights for client reviews and discussions including practical recommendations on algo usage, parameter choices, and execution trade offs. • Support analytics methodology, benchmarks, and follow up analysis in response to client and stakeholder questions. • Work with Trading, Product, Technology, and Control teams to ensure analytics accurately reflect platform behaviour and client flow. • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of production analytics used in client reporting, including the scaling and automation of the analytics - helping standardise recurring analyses, improve repeatability, and reduce manual effort.
