Role Introduction The Assistant Manager Transformation and Growth sits under the Customer Relationship and Retail Department, mainly responsible for partnering with Transformation & Growth Manager for the delivery of Cathay Holidays’ transformation and growth agenda by bridging business strategy, stakeholder alignment, and technology execution. You will also be partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enable successful platform development, commercial initiatives, and go‑to‑market execution that drive business growth and customer value.
