Responsibilities • Act as a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM), leading the architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing management of workforce IAM capabilities, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and entitlement management. • Evaluate and design robust security controls to mitigate identity-related threats, and ensure secure delivery of identity security solutions by embedding practices such as SAST and DAST within the deployment lifecycle. • Design and drive seamless integration between enterprise applications and identity security platforms to ensure secure and efficient access management. • Provide support across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including architecture and infrastructure design, technical requirement documentation, system and user testing, user training, and ongoing maintenance and support. • Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that security solutions are effectively implemented. • Partner with IT teams and business users to facilitate the successful adoption and enablement of identity security solutions across the organization.
