Position : Sales Administration Associate (Best Spirits Hong Kong office) Role & Responsibilities Direct sales shipment - Coordinate Hong Kong shipments between customers and breweries. - Coordinate Sales contract between sales teams and customers to ensure that all necessary documentation is properly executed. - Responsible for placing PO to breweries and invoicing to customers. - Review and verify all the information on shipping documents for customs clearance and customs declaration - Conduct Sanction Checking to ensure compliance with regulations.
