Recruit Ref: L0606861476 Posting Date: 2026-06-25 Headstart Group Limited Teacher Coordinator and Quality Control Responsibilities: • Monitor and evaluate the quality of NETs to ensure compliance with company standards • Develop training materials and conduct training on teaching skill for NETs • Lead a team of colleagues to assess NETs’ performance through class observation to provide constructive feedback and guidance • Support teachers with specific challenges • Stay up-to-date on educational research, trends, and new teaching methodologies • Assist in the recruitment and selection procedures of NETs including compilation of teacher profile
