The company is looking to hire an IT Support Engineer in Hong Kong. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues. • Manage hardware and software inventories. • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve IT trends. • Provide technical support for audiovisual systems. • Deliver remote and on-site support for various devices and services. • Perform workstation setup and relocation tasks. • Assist in configuring meeting rooms for teleconferencing. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate party. • Share knowledge through articles, training, and forums. • Collaborate with IT teams to manage incidents, changes, and problems. • Create and deliver reports to communicate IT performance and compliance. • Perform other ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned. • Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain audiovisual systems.
