Job Description

Your new role • Generate and maintain reliable demand forecasts by analysing historical trends, market intelligence, and sales inputs. • Convert demand forecasts into effective supply plans, ensuring optimal alignment of inventory, production, and distribution requirements. • Oversee inventory performance and replenishment activities to achieve target service levels while minimising stock shortages and excess inventory. • Contribute to Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes through data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations. • Proactively identify and address supply-demand imbalances, production constraints, and logistics challenges, escalating unresolved issues to the Cluster Planning Lead when necessary. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, and Regulatory teams to integrate market insights and business requirements into planning activities. • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of planning tools, ERP systems, and master data to support effective decision-making and operational excellence.
