What The Day Will Look Like • Leading the FSPG (Financial Services & Professions Group) claims team in Hong Kong who manage claims arising from the traditional and emerging financial lines products, responsibilities to include: • Performance management of the claims team; • Supporting the ongoing coaching and mentoring of the claims team; • In collaboration with the broader FSPG team, identifying and promoting training and development opportunities for FSPG colleagues; • Providing claims reports and analysis to local and regional leadership • Managing the FSPG claims portfolio in Hong Kong, taking responsibility for key accounts/claims and ensuring professional levels of servicing are maintained throughout the claims lifecycle • Providing strategic claims management support for all complex and/or contentious FSPG claims in Hong Kong and, as needed, across Asia • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, via claims services or otherwise • Supporting the FSPG Claims Leader for Asia in achieving global & regional goals, including contributing to Aon Asia’s business growth targets • Contributing to broader claims and risk management initiatives in Hong Kong and across Asia Show More
