Data Solution Lead - Insurance We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation looking for a Data Solution Lead to play a key role in shaping and delivering data solutions across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can sit between business stakeholders, data teams and technology, translating business needs into scalable data solutions and ensuring initiatives move successfully from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business, product and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical data and technology solutions. • Lead the solution design for data initiatives across areas such as customer, policy, claims, distribution, finance or operational data. • Act as the key bridge between business users, data engineering, architecture and delivery teams. • Define solution approaches, data flows, integration requirements and high-level architecture. • Work closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Analysts and vendors to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with business objectives. • Support the development of enterprise data platforms, analytics capabilities and broader data transformation initiatives. • Drive stakeholder discussions, challenge requirements where appropriate and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. • Ensure solutions align with data governance, security, regulatory and architectural standards.
