• Conversion • Support the enhancement and implementation • 8–12 yrs of exp in Operational Risk Overview As an Operational Risk Contractor (3-month), you will support the enhancement and execution of operational risk management initiatives across our global crypto exchange and payments business. You will help bridge the structured governance standards of traditional financial institutions with the fast‑paced operating environment of the digital asset industry. Working closely with regional stakeholders and control functions, this role will focus on delivering key operational risk projects, supporting regulatory expectations, and strengthening risk governance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Operational Risk Framework Support • Support the enhancement and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) initiatives across the organization. • Assist in aligning operational risk practices across multiple business entities and jurisdictions. • Help standardize operational risk reporting, methodologies, and documentation for internal governance and regulatory purposes. Core Operational Risk Activities • Support the execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across key business functions including Trading, Custody, Payments, and Technology. • Assist with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring, incident tracking, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities. • Work with stakeholders to identify control gaps and support remediation tracking. Regulatory & Risk Governance Support • Assist in preparing materials and documentation for regulatory reviews, audits, and internal governance forums. • Support the translation of regulatory and policy requirements into operational risk actions and controls. • Partner with business and control teams to strengthen operational risk awareness and governance practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams on risk-related initiatives and assessments. • Support risk reviews relating to new products, processes, and operational changes. • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency in operational risk practices and reporting. Qualifications • 8–12 years of experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Internal Controls, or related risk disciplines, preferably within financial services or regulated environments. • Experience supporting operational risk frameworks, RCSA exercises, incident management, or regulatory engagements. • Familiarity with operational risk methodologies and governance practices. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders. • Prior exposure to digital assets, fintech, payments, or global financial institutions is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr Show More
