Job Purpose As a Luxury Itinerary Designer, you will be the creative architect behind our most exclusive travel experiences. Operating behind the scenes, your primary mission is to research, design, and meticulously craft highly personalized, complex travel journeys for our High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. You will transform abstract ideas from our client-facing consultants into flawless, logistically sound, and awe-inspiring travel proposals. Key Responsibilities • Bespoke Journey Crafting & Proposal Design: • Translate client briefs received from front-facing consultants into imaginative, creative, and seamlessly paced travel itineraries. • Produce high-quality, visually stunning, and beautifully written travel proposals that tell a story and evoke an emotional response. • Deep-Dive Research & Destination Scouting: • Conduct rigorous research to discover off-the-beaten-path experiences, hidden-gem luxury boutique hotels, and highly exclusive local guides or fixers. • Stay ahead of the curve on global luxury travel trends, new luxury property openings, and trending VIP culinary/cultural experiences. • Logistical Engineering & Quality Control: • Map out complex logistics (e.g., flight connections, private charters, driving times, VIP airport fast-track) to ensure zero friction for the traveler. • Double-verify all operational details—such as opening hours, seasonal weather impacts, and physical accessibility—to ensure the itinerary is 100% executable. • Supplier Relations & Rate Negotiation (B2B): • Communicate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and premium vendors globally to secure optimal rates, room blocks, and VIP amenities. • Act as the core operational bridge, ensuring all vendor confirmations precisely match the approved client itinerary.
