Job Description

Responsibilities: • Support CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and KYC document collection for Business Banking and Cash Management customers. • Assist in reviewing and verifying completeness/accuracy of customer information and supporting documents based on checklists. • Perform data entry and update customer records in internal systems as assigned. • Support screening and documentation follow-up (e.g., missing documents, clarification requests) with internal stakeholders. • Assist in preparing alerts/case work packages for review by CDD/Compliance team (under guidance). • Maintain proper filing and record keeping ensuring audit readiness. • Support periodic documentation audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
