Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, consumer-obsessed Brand Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our retail FMCG brand. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end brand journey—from insight-led innovation and positioning to in‑market activation and performance optimisation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. • 3-5 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG or retail. • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and marketing fundamentals. • Proven track record in campaign management, product launches, and cross-functional leadership. • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. • Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.
