Your new company Our client is a well-known HK company in the healthcare field. They are now seeking a strong talent to join their team as Senior E-Commerce Specialist/ Supervisor. Your new role • End‑to‑end e‑shop operations: Own product onboarding, SKU setup, pricing, inventory sync, order fulfilment, returns, and customer escalation across the company e‑shop and marketplace channels. • Sales, Promotions & Partnerships: Plan and run e‑shop sales campaigns, promotional calendars, bundles, flash sales, and co‑marketing or partnership initiatives with affiliates, influencers, and channel partners to grow online revenue. • SEO / SEM / GEO Fundamentals: Apply basic SEO and SEM best practices and GEO targeting to improve organic visibility and localized paid performance. • Content & Merchandising: Create and maintain persuasive product pages, A+ content, landing pages, and creative briefs to improve conversion and average order value. • Data‑driven Optimization: Monitor traffic, conversion, AOV, churn and return rates; run A/B tests and implement improvements based on analytics. • Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain ERP/OMS/CRM integrations, automate repetitive tasks, document SOPs, and improve fulfilment efficiency. • Cross‑functional Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with supply chain, regulatory, customer service, creative and external vendors; proactively update the Digital Marketing Manager with progress, risks and results.
