Our client is a top tier international investment management firm. The Head of Software Development is seeking a business-facing AI Business Analyst to identify and deliver AI-enabled improvements across investment and operational workflows. This role focuses on understanding user needs, documenting current and target processes, defining requirements and success metrics, and guiding stakeholders on how to use approved AI tools effectively. You will also translate prioritized use cases into delivery-ready specifications and work with engineering and platform teams to turn prototypes or AI outputs into secure, controlled, production solutions
