Manager/Senior Manager, R&D Solution Architect

Job Description

As the Manager/Senior Manager, R&D Solution Architect, you will oversee the development of various innovative applications & technologies, defining the overall target, shaping the big picture, and formulating technical R&D roadmap. This is a technical role at the strategic level, covers design and formulation of platform architecture, system architecture, and infrastructure architecture. Responsibilities • Work closely with business stakeholders and translate scenario requirements into technical specifications and blueprints. • Identify and recommend technical roadmaps and solutions, plan and formulate the R&D framework and architecture. • Coordinate the implementation plan and ensure timely project delivery meeting agreed standards. • Use diagram tools and quantitative models to visualize research and development progress, present findings, and bridge the gap between R&D team and end-customers. • Perform data modeling, model fine-tuning and participate in algorithm design discussion to ensure a suitable technical roadmap design for project delivery. • Lead other data scientists and engineers onsite in exploring suitable solutions per client’s specific requirement, validate the solution, quality check deliverables. • Research and adopt the latest AI trends to support innovative research and technological development initiatives. • Collaborate with other team members and product managers to better understand use case scenarios. • Work with third-party vendors and client team to conduct high-level project planning and design overall technical development framework.
