Responsibilities Job Description: • To implement & manage online & offline marketing campaigns; • Support the identification, negotiation, and management of strategic partnerships to create mutually beneficial co-branded campaigns and member privileges; • Develop effective marketing strategy for website/app in digital media platform; • Create creative digital content to drive awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion; • Support the smooth operation of the member app and loyalty platform, including troubleshooting user issues and coordinating with IT/vendors for system enhancements. • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned;
