Job Responsibilities: • Customer Segmentation & Profiling: Conduct in-depth analyses of transactional, customer lifecycle, campaign interaction, sales, and loyalty program data to support business objectives and maximize customer value. • Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the campaign team to identify target customer segments and evaluate the performance of customer communication campaigns (e.g., eDM, WhatsApp) for continuous optimization. • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports and perform analyses, focusing on delivering deep business insights and driving actionable items to optimize marketing strategies and overall performance. • Data Project Management: Assist the manager in collaborating with stakeholders to initiate and drive data warehouse and visualization projects by gathering data and understanding business requirements from key clients. • Technical Support Coordination: Work closely with the regional market technical support team to monitor and manage the operations of Data Management Platforms on a daily basis.
