The challenge is to: Promotion Planning & Strategy • Develop monthly promotion plan aligned with marketing calendar, category strategies and vendor partnerships. • Lead the planning of monthly promotion with complexity of multi-tiered promotion and overlapping campaigns. • Acquire alignment across different stakeholders and obtain approval from leadership team upon applicable • Translate sales/margin objectives into actionable promotion plans and programs, including categories focus, pricing mechanics, and channel execution. • Conduct sales and margin estimate analysis to ensure financial viability of monthly promotion plan
