Key Responsibilities • User Growth & ConversionDesign and iterate full-funnel strategies covering acquisition, conversion, retention and referral, with continuous optimization backed by data analysis.Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle; leverage strategic outreach and product iteration to scale automated growth and boost revenue performance. • Campaign Planning & ExecutionProven track record in developing mature growth strategies and delivering end-to-end campaign projects; design growth initiatives for spot trading business and integrated platform marketing campaigns.Deploy differentiated strategies for segmented user groups to improve ROI and revenue.Oversee end-to-end project and campaign delivery, align internal and external resources to maximize business impact. • Data Analysis & Post-Campaign ReviewOwn data monitoring, dashboard development, user behavior analysis, strategy formulation and ROI measurement; optimize campaigns to lift engagement and conversion rates.Deliver regular post-campaign review reports, and build standardized SOPs and reusable templates for scalable operations. • Market Insight & InnovationMonitor Web3 industry trends and competitor practices; develop innovative campaigns aligned with product strengths.Explore new growth channels including user education, integrated marketing and brand building.
