The mission is to deliver Noah's premier global asset allocation and family legacy solutions to affluent, philanthropic families globally, realizing the vision of "Wisdom in Wealth, Warmth in Life." 【Key Responsibilities】 • Channel Development via Nexus Platform: Lead the exploration, evaluation, and establishment of IFA channels in Hong Kong and overseas markets. Utilize the Nexus platform to manage IFA relationships, track collaboration pipelines, and build a long-term, win-win ecosystem with IFA teams that share our philosophy and possess high-net-worth client resources. • Professional Empowerment & Solution Implementation: Provide IFAs with professional product and solution support leveraging Noah's Olive (Asset Management) and Glory (Family Legacy) platforms. Collaborate with the Ark HK team to ensure compliant client onboarding and transaction execution, facilitating cross-market asset allocation. • Business Target & Team Management: Formulate and execute effective channel expansion plans. Lead and scale a dedicated team (team size to be determined based on regional strategy) to achieve established AUM (Assets Under Management) targets and revenue goals. • Data-Driven Operations: Maximize the use of Nexus platform features, including reporting dashboards and CRM integration, to monitor team performance, analyze channel data, and optimize business strategies. • Compliance & Risk Management: Strictly adhere to Hong Kong regulatory requirements and Noah's internal AICOS/N-ARL compliance standards. Ensure all channel partnerships, product recommendations, and transaction executions are fully compliant, prioritizing compliance as the highest principle. • Client-Centric Service Extension: Practice the "Client-Centric" philosophy.
