Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Strategic & Sales Growth: • Define, develop, and execute the overall e-commerce roadmap, including comprehensive monthly and yearly strategic plans. • Manage store KPIs, continuously striving to achieve sales targets and ensure Year-over-Year (YoY) sales performance growth. • Maximize P&L efficiency for the e-commerce channels. • Communicate and build strong relationships with platform key account manager to secure brand placement, exclusive product exposure, and high-impact promotional opportunities. • Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership: • Oversee the daily operations of all e-commerce storefronts, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience to maximize conversion rates. • Manage and execute the e-commerce marketing calendar, ensuring all promotional campaigns are rolled out smoothly and effectively. • Liaise with external agencies for digital ad placements, actively tracking campaign performance and optimizing budget allocation to ensure strong ROI and drive targeted traffic. • Work closely with other departments to ensure tight inventory control, optimal stock levels, and seamless fulfillment processes. • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: • Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, product feedback, market trends, and competitor activities, translating data into actionable insights. • Provide comprehensive reporting and actionable, data-driven insights to senior management.
