Act as a distribution sales to achieve business targets, formulate business plans and marketing campaigns with digital marketing focus, explore new business opportunities/partners, and execute relationship management of existing business partners. Roles and Responsibilities: Business Target Achievement (30%): Achieve business targets for personal and commercial lines, including individual medical products through Digital and Affinity Partner channels by formulating business and marketing strategies, supported by sound market intelligence and business analysis. Manage to draw up business plans and marketing proposals, drive various business projects, and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing (e.g., SEM) and advertising.
