Key Responsibilities • Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by promoting the value of the coworking space, generating leads, and securing new memberships and office leases. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Operations Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and a high-quality experience for members. • Event & Community Engagement: Support or lead initiatives such as networking events, workshops, and forums to strengthen the community and attract new clients. • Market Strategy & Brand Promotion: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and execute promotional strategies to increase visibility and occupancy.
