About the job: We are looking for a visionary leader ready to architect the future of clinical education and drive Orthopedic and MedSurg excellence across the APAC region. As the Senior Manager of Field Education, you will lead a high-performing team of Clinical Education Managers responsible for diverse portfolios across Orthopedics and MedSurg. You will be the strategic lead responsible for ensuring our sales representatives and internal teams possess the elite level of knowledge and skills required to support life-changing technologies. This role is about more than just training; it is about defining the future path of education, ensuring consistency and scale across APAC, and establishing a formalized structure that drives measurable behavior change.

The Stryker is a family of eight-wheeled armored fighting vehicles derived from the Canadian LAV III, which in turn derived from the Swiss Mowag Piranha. Stryker vehicles are produced by General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada (GDLS-C) for the United States Army in a plant in London, Ontario. It has four-wheel drive (8×4) and can be switched to all-wheel drive (8×8).
