As the Senior Manager of Field Education, you will lead a high-performing team of Clinical Education Managers responsible for diverse portfolios across Orthopedics and MedSurg. You will be the strategic lead responsible for ensuring our sales representatives and internal teams possess the elite level of knowledge and skills required to support life-changing technologies. This role is about more than just training; it is about defining the future path of education, ensuring consistency and scale across APAC, and establishing a formalized structure that drives measurable behavior change.
