We are looking for an experienced Associate to join the Loan Syndication Department in Hong Kong, focusing on syndicated loan origination, structuring, and distribution across Asian markets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct credit and financing analysis on corporate clients for syndicated loan transactions - Prepare pitches, term sheets, proposal packages, and marketing materials - Report to the Executive Director, working in a with a small close-knit team. - Maintain a loan deal database covering pricing, structure, and investor appetite; support secondary asset sales with axe sheets - Draft underwriting discussion papers and memos, supporting senior team members with liquidity and pricing analysis - Drive primary syndication activities, including Information Memoranda, bank lists, invitation letters, roadshow logistics, and site visits - Support secondary distribution from investor sourcing through to execution - Coordinate documentation, compliance matters, and internal reporting
