Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Process various types of inward / outward payment, internal transfer, local and foreign as well as cross-border transactions via different payment systems in compliance of internal policy and procedure. • Perform day-end reconciliation and ensure all transactions are completed on time without omission. • Prepare various regulatory reports as required. • Administration support in any transaction processing areas as may be directed by supervisor from time to time. • Participate in system enhancement and user acceptance test. Requirements: • Applicants are required to hold a Diploma or Bachelor Degree. • Prior experience in remittance operations is preferred. • Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to multitask efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and perform effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, with knowledge of VBA, MS Excel Macros, and Alteryx will be considered advantageous. • Excellent command of both written and spoken English is required.
