Minimum qualifications: - Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 9 years of experience in operations management and facilities management. - Experience in critical facility operations management. - Ability to communicate in English fluently to work with local and other internal stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure. - Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment. - Ability to perform operational assessment and risk analysis of third-party sites. - Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-motivated way. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Passion for operations and people management.
