Global Product Owner - Employer of Record (EOR) Role Overview At GoGlobal, the Global Product Owner (GPO), Employer of Record (EOR) owns the EOR product end to end, including its global scope, standards, commercial model, operating framework, service delivery, and economics. As a senior member of the Delivery leadership team reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, you are accountable for the growth, profitability, operational excellence, and reputation of the EOR product worldwide. This is a leadership role whose primary objective is sustainable business growth through exceptional client delivery. You are the senior product and delivery voice for EOR in the market, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, prospects, and strategic partners while partnering closely with Revenue and Sales to win, retain, and expand business globally.
