Our client, a premier midsized firm with an active corporate practice, is seeking a 4th-to-7th year Associate with substantive M&A and corporate governance experience. The next stage of your career should bring increasingly sophisticated work. It should also bring greater ownership of transactions, direct client responsibility and a meaningful opportunity to build your career toward a senior role. This opportunity provides a platform to do all of that. The Associate will play a significant role in M&A transactions and ongoing corporate governance matters, including drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents, managing significant portions of deal processes and advising clients on corporate, structural and governance matters. The ideal candidate will be someone who exercises sound judgment, anticipates client needs and takes ownership of their work.
