An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Funds practice as a Fund Formation Associate of a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. You'll advise leading private equity sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on the formation, structuring and operation of a broad range of investment funds, working closely with partners on sophisticated cross-border mandates across the Asia-Pacific region. Requirements • 1–4 years' PQE gained at a leading international or top-tier law firm.
