Your Role: • To plan and take proactive actions to minimize company credit risk by formulating credit policy and setting up procedures and guidelines • To lead a team of staff to carry out daily credit operations and accounts receivables management • To prepare MIS reports and statistics identifying high risk accounts and to take immediate credit actions in order to minimize bad debts • To liaise with Sales Team in resolving disputes and outstanding accounts • To work with internal parties, such as Product Marketing and IT teams to enhance the mainframes and related systems so as to cope with the market changes and customer needs • To identify areas of improvement and to make changes to improve the service level, and to increase productivity through office automation • To review from time to time the internal and external environments to recommend to management an effective corporate credit policy
