A leading asset management organisation seeks an RAD Developer (AI, Python, SQL) in Hong Kong to drive AI-powered innovation, automate workflows, and develop impactful Python-based solutions that address business challenges across diverse asset classes. Key responsibilities: As an RAD Developer (AI, Python, SQL), you will develop AI-powered applications and automation solutions for APAC, collaborating with regional and global teams to improve workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive business efficiency. • Develop bespoke Python-based tools and AI-powered applications for APAC, collaborating with local teams to address business needs, automate complex workflows, and improve operational efficiency • Partner with the global AI team to scale successful regional solutions internationally, maintaining shared standards and developing reusable tools for broader business impact • Manage automated client reporting systems, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly reporting across diverse asset classes • Design and enhance automation workflows, integrate Excel into process improvements, and ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and scalable • Engage with non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, support system adoption through communication and training, and promote best practices through knowledge sharing
