State Street is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management professional to lead Global Realty Services (GRS) asset management activities across Hong Kong and Taiwan, based out of Hong Kong. The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for managing the performance, governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness of State Street’s real estate portfolio and workplace services across the assigned portfolio. This includes oversight of office operations, landlord and vendor relationships, occupancy planning, capital and operating expenditure, employee workplace experience, financial management, and monthly reporting including operational resilience, and alignment with State Street’s global real estate standards.
