Job Description Act as the main focal point for new vessel delivery preparations, coordinating with the ship manager, shipyards, and internal departments for schedule management, invoice settlement, and ceremony arrangementsManage the financial aspects of vessel ownership and operation which includes instructing the ship manager on budget preparation, reviewing and reporting budgets, closely monitoring and analyzing the Budget vs Actual for the vessels Manage internal and external stakeholders and establish ONE’s standard operating procedure (prepare templates, checklists, documents, instructions, etc.) for the entire ship owning activityLead response coordination during vessel incidents; liaise with internal and external stakeholders to effectively resolve the issues and prepare countermeasuresSupport in any tasks as assigned Show More
