Working closely with the Director and senior leadership, the successful candidate will identify and secure high-value partnerships, sponsorships, funding opportunities, and collaborations to advance the Academy's mission and long-term sustainability. The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, programme development, and marketing to enhance the Academy's visibility, expand its influence, and establish sustainable revenue streams.
