What the role is: The Business Transformation team drives the transformation of work pass digital services, rules, and communications. We aim to deliver reliable, adaptive and simple services to both staff and public users. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, leveraging on design thinking, behavioural insights, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation tools to develop innovative and user-centric services. You will research on problems and prototype concepts and solutions. Working with user-experience designers and researchers, you will get to pitch ideas to stakeholders and help decision makers balance the desirability, feasibility and viability of different solutions.
