Head of Retail Banking Product We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as the Head of Retail Banking Product. Principal Accountabilities • Develop and execute the business and product strategy for Assets, including Banking, Cards, Loans, and Mortgages across all channels. • Drive overall Cards acquisition targets, including oversight of third-party mono-line channels. • Lead the transformation of Retail Banking Products towards digital solutions. • Foster customer growth for card-only products and cross-sell opportunities to Private Banking customers. • Integrate into digital ecosystems to enhance customer acquisition across various segments. • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to boost engagement, particularly in the digital space. • Lead a diverse team of permanent and contract staff. • Oversee budgeting and business planning for Retail Banking Products, ensuring seamless execution of related business plans while closely monitoring financial and non-financial risks. • Collaborate with the Wealth Management Top Team, Network Team, Wealth, FCC, HR, and both Regional and Global teams (Retail Banking Products).
