Product Director

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Director, who has a keen ability to translate complex financial product logic into a scalable and profitable business model with tangible commercial outcomes. This role would be responsible for bringing sustained revenues and growth to the company, best suited for candidates with exposure to fast-paced start-up work culture and attitudes. Job description • Lead the design and commercialization of asset management and secondary market products (funds, structured products, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and digital assets) • Drive institutional client acquisition and retention by developing products that directly address sophisticated investor needs • Define and own revenue targets tied to product performance; accountable for sustainable revenue growth across the product suite • Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team; coordinate across investment, legal, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders • Identify whitespace opportunities in the market and develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches • Champion the integration of Web3 and digital asset products into the broader institutional product offering • Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and relevant jurisdictions (Singapore exposure a strong advantage) • Represent the firm externally with institutional clients, partners, and regulators
