Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and logistics. • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Manage candidate onboarding by collecting necessary documents and ensuring compliance with company policies. • Support campus recruitment initiatives, including intern and fresh graduate hiring programs. • Handle high-volume hiring activities with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to meet recruitment goals.
