RFP Manager | Global Asset Manager

Job Description

A well-established global asset manager is looking to hire an experienced RFP professional at Manager level into a key individual contributor role within their client solutions function. This role sits closely with Distribution and Investment teams, supporting global sales efforts through high-quality client materials and proposal management. What does the role involve? You will take ownership of the end-to-end RFP and due diligence process, working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product and Investments. • Managing and delivering high-quality RFPs, RFIs and DDQs across institutional and intermediary clients • Partnering closely with Sales and Client Relationship teams to support fundraising and existing client needs • Producing tailored responses that clearly articulate investment strategies, performance and positioning • Maintaining and enhancing the RFP content library to ensure accuracy and consistency • Engaging with Investment, Product and Compliance teams to source and validate content • Contributing to broader client materials, including pitchbooks and marketing content where required Show More
