To cope with AI and Digital transformation initiative, they are looking for a seasoned IT Business Partner to join their innovative and talented team. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Frameworks: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of IT business enablement frameworks and processes across key corporate business units. • Business Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to identify strategic initiatives that accelerate digital transformation, maximize technology adoption, and optimize operational efficiency. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive cross-functional collaboration to seamlessly integrate technology solutions into day-to-day business workflows, ensuring IT capabilities directly support business objectives. • Program & Change Management: Oversee the execution of enterprise-wide enablement programs, including comprehensive training, structured change management, and user adoption initiatives. • Performance Tracking: Develop, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the tangible impact of enablement activities, reporting strategic outcomes directly to senior leadership. • Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation by scouting emerging technologies and evaluating their potential to fuel business growth and operational excellence Show More
