Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing PRC asset manager engaging in primary investment of PE mainly, is looking for a PE Investment Associate/ Analyst to join them. Big4 valuer is also welcome! Responsibilities • Pre-investment: Work through the whole investment cycle; conduct in-depth research to identify private equity investment opportunities in global market ; Construct investment reports through financial modelling and in-depth industry, business, financial analysis; coordinate with various internal and external parties, negotiate commercial terms and design deal structures • Investment Decision: Present to investment committee, provide insight and prepare investment reports to support investment decision • Post-Investment: Monitor the performance of existing investment portfolios; Provide timely recommendations for portfolio adjustments or reallocations • Other duty: Coordinate with external fund administrators on capital calls and distributions
