Partnering with Learning & Development (L&D), Leadership Programs, and Employee Experience teams, you’ll: • Support leadership workshops and high-potential (HiPo) development initiatives. • Assist in designing training content (e.g., digital modules, onboarding resources) that amplify our values. • Help track and analyze talent metrics (e.g., engagement, promotion rates) to measure program impact. • Contribute to culture-building projects, including DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) events and internal communications. • You’ll discover how data-driven development strategies and intentional culture design fuel our teams to lead with confidence and creativity.
