Job Responsibilities • Develop and execute user‑growth strategies for copy‑trading business, covering user acquisition, retention and engagement. Deploy customized growth initiatives across diverse channels, user segments and regions to drive scalable user expansion. • Source, onboard and cultivate high‑quality Web3 trading‑focused KOLs, maintain long‑term partnerships. Establish a tier‑based development system for trading KOLs. Align internal and external resources to deliver ecosystem benefits, strengthen KOL loyalty and boost their business contribution • Optimize new‑user conversion funnels and full‑cycle user journey to lift trading conversion and retention rates. Design operational tools, turn them into product features, execute roll‑outs, measure performance and iterate quickly based on results. • Conduct user‑need research, market research and competitor analysis, propose product improvements and drive feature releases to enhance product competitiveness and user experience. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, innovate growth models and adjust operational strategies to adapt to market shifts and competitive threats.
