Role Overview: As part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will contribute to the structuring and execution of financing solutions and strategic initiatives across the group and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the design and implementation of funding strategies and bespoke financing transactions • Build and analyse financial models to evaluate cash flow dynamics, identify key risks, and support optimal deal structuring • Oversee and manage ongoing obligations related to structured finance arrangements (e.g., securitisation programmes) • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on strategic funding initiatives, including evaluating and negotiating long-term capital partnerships • Support group-level projects and ad hoc initiatives as required Show More
