Job Description

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager on an exciting opportunity for an RFP Manager to join their regional team based in Hong Kong. This role sits within a high-performing APAC function supporting institutional and intermediary client coverage. The team plays a critical role in supporting fundraising and client engagement efforts across the region. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client-related requestsPartner closely with sales, client services, investment specialists, and product teams to develop tailored, high-quality responsesTranslate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling, client-friendly messagingManage multiple deadlines and oversee the full lifecycle of proposal submissionsTrack activity pipelines and ensure timely completion across concurrent projectsContribute to ongoing improvements in processes, systems, and content quality Requirements:At least 3-8 years of experience within asset management or financial servicesBackground in RFP writing OR adjacent functions such as:Investment WritingProduct or Investment MarketingClient Services / Sales SupportDDQ / Consultant Relations supportStrong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and fund structuresExcellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail If you are interested, apply online today.
