We are seeking a Quant Developer/Trader to join a fast-growing quant fund. This role will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining production trading systems and infrastructure to support high-performance trading strategies across global markets Key Responsibilities: • Own the production trading rollout, system development, and optimization for global strategies. • Design, develop, and enhance execution workflows, trading logic, and low-latency trading systems based on a deep understanding of market microstructure, trading rules, and real-world execution constraints. • Provide ongoing live trading support by monitoring production systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high system stability. • Improve trading infrastructure, risk controls, and operational tools to enhance execution efficiency and strategy performance. • Capture and systematize development experience into reusable frameworks and best practices for execution and market expansion.
